The house faces east and south, with the two principal bedrooms and both reception rooms having wide ranging and uninterrupted views of the sea. A glorious outlook at sunrise and throughout the day when the sea changes with every nuance of the weather; one day a silver mirror, another a vista of white horses. |

On the ground floor are two large reception rooms overlooking the sea and a well fitted, south facing and sunny, breakfast kitchen. The first floor has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as basins in three bedrooms. There is central heating, open fires and ample gardens and off street parking. Only two minutes away from the village and the beach, Ballenree is on a quiet no-through road and the gardens are well fenced. |
